Pick up and Delivery is available Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) from selected Veterinary Practices in the Greater Hobart area. This facility is available for any of Best Friends Services by prior arrangement only. price P.O.A.

This service is restricted to:-

Morning Collection & Return
Pets must be delivered to the respective Practice between 8:30 and 9:00 A.M. for collection by 9:30AM.

Morning return of Boarders to Veterinary Practices is generally by 9:30 A.M.

Afternoon return of Boarders and grooming dogs to Practices is generally by 4:00 P.M. for collection no later than 5:30 P.M.

Payment
For convenience Best Friends leaves a copy of the account and any EFTPOS Receipts with the Veterinary Practice. Payment must be made direct to Best Friends prior to collection of the Pet.

Services Contract
The first time a pet is boarded, groomed or transported by Best Friends we require our “Services Contract” to be signed. This is normally done electronically at the Kennels. Where a pet is left for collection at a Veterinary Practice the pet must be accompanied by a signed contract which can be printed out here. This only applies to the clients first visit to Best Friends. For every visit including the first a “Check in Sheet” must also be signed this can be printed out here.

Each time a pet is collected from a Veterinary Practice the pet must be accompanied by a signed Check in Sheet which can be printed out here.
