2022 Prices

Boarding charges are on a daily basis and commence on the day of arrival irrespective of time. There is no charge for the day of departure if the Pet or Pets are collected before 1PM. After that time another day is charged. This is similar to an Hotel with a late “Check Out”

Boarding Payment Terms

Payment is due at the completion of service prior to the collection of the pet.
Payment may be by any of the following:-

• Cash;
• Credit Card/Debit Card ( Mastercard or Visa);
• Eftpos;
• Direct Credit into our Bank account;
• Cheque by prior arrangement.

Payment for boarding customers left at Veterinary Practices must be made direct to Best Friends prior to collection.

Please note with the exception of contracted services to Removal Organizations and Government Departments we do NOT run Accounts.
